Woman Attacked by Bees in Gujarat Field, Doctors Remove Stings

A 62-year-old woman named Shantaben was working in her fields when a swarm of bees attacked her.

The bees came from a nearby beehive.

She ran for help and was covered with a cloth by nearby laborers.

Doctors later removed around 200 sting thorns from her body.

It is currently unknown why the bees attacked her.
