Future City Development Authority Now Fully Operational
Imagine a new city called Future City is being built, and the government has created a special team called FCDA to manage it.
FCDA is now ready to start, and it's taking over the job of approving new buildings and layouts in Future City from other organizations.
The government is preparing land for institutions and is updating a system to help people apply for building permits online.
FCDA will use the same rules that apply to areas outside the city.
The Chief Minister leads the FCDA, with other important officials assisting.
Future City Development Authority (FCDA) is now fully operational.
FCDA has taken over layout and building approvals from HMDA and DTCP.
Land allotments for institutions in Future City will begin soon.
FCDA's jurisdiction covers 56 villages across multiple mandals.
The “BuildNow” system is being updated for online approvals.
