India’s AI Startups Receive Faster Term Sheets Amid Competition

India’s AI Startups Receive Faster Term Sheets Amid Competition

Some young AI companies in India are getting investment offers faster than before.

One example is Creedom.ai, an AI-powered creative intelligence platform.

Its co-founder, Naveen Murugan, said the company received a term sheet in about two weeks.

A term sheet is an early offer from investors to put money into a company.

The company raised around ₹4.1 crore in September this year.

Investors first hear the startup’s idea and then study its product, numbers and market opportunity.

Murugan said this process used to take months.

He now says startups usually receive an answer within weeks, as competition increases.
