West Bengal Extends UG Admission Deadline to August 5
The West Bengal government has extended the deadline for college applications for undergraduate programs to August 5th.
The original start of the portal was delayed by a court case about the OBC list.
Because the Supreme Court has now resolved the issue, students can update their information online.
The new deadline is August 5, 2024.
Remember the government is telling everyone who does not update their information they will be considered in default and changes will not be entertained once the deadline is passed.

The admission portal launched on July 17 faced challenges due to a court stay.
The Supreme Court vacated the stay on July 28, resolving the issue.
Students can update social category details on the portal starting July 29.
