Iran Denies Secret Nuclear Site Amid US Threat
Iran and the US are arguing about a mountain called Kolang.
The US says Iran is building a secret nuclear site there, but Iran says there's nothing there.
The US president threatened to bomb the area, but Iran says the US is just looking for a reason to attack.
This isn't the first time they've argued about this mountain.
A few years ago, US newspapers said Iran was building something there, but Iran said no.
The mountain is near another place called Natanz, which the US bombed during a short war.
So far, the US hasn't bombed the mountain like the president said they would.
Iran denies any nuclear activity at Kolang mountain, stating all nuclear activities have been declared to the UN's atomic watchdog.
US President Donald Trump threatened to strike the site, known as Pickaxe Mountain, stating the US would hit the area 'pretty soon and very heavily.'
The US has yet to follow through on the threat.
In 2025, US media outlets reported that Iran had accelerated construction at a secret underground nuclear site at Kolang mountain, which Tehran denied.
The mountain is near Iran's Natanz nuclear facility, which was bombed by the US during a brief war in June 2025.
