OpenAI's Greg Brockman dismisses executive shake-up fears amid departures

OpenAI is a company that makes smart computer programs.

Some of its top bosses recently decided to leave their jobs.

One of them, Denise Dresser, was in charge of making money for the company but left after only eight months.

Another boss, Brad Lightcap, left after working there for eight years to try something new.

A few other important people also left in July.

Some people started to worry that the company was having big problems.

But Greg Brockman, the company's president, said not to worry.

He said it is normal for companies to change leaders over time.

He also said he and Sam Altman are still there to keep things steady.

OpenAI has already found a new person, Dali Rajic, to take over the money job.
