Ather Teases EL01 Scooter Ahead of August 29 Launch

Ather Energy, a company that makes electric scooters, is showing a picture of its new scooter, the EL01, on social media.

The picture shows a metal body instead of the usual plastic panels.

The new scooter will be sold on August 29 for between 1 lakh and 1.25 lakh rupees.

That price is cheaper than two other scooters, Rizta and the 450 range.

This is the first time Ather is making a scooter for everyday commuters, not just for special customers.
