IIM Ranchi Stages “Mantra” for Munshi Premchand’s Anniversary
IIM Ranchi put on a play called "Mantra" to celebrate a famous writer's birthday.
The play was about a doctor and his wife facing a moral dilemma.
It started with a doctor refusing to help a poor healer's child, who then died.
Later, the doctor's son became ill, and the same healer saved his life.
This made the doctor and his wife feel guilty, showing that kindness is more important than just medicine.
The play aimed to start a conversation about what is truly important: humanity.
IIM Ranchi hosted a theatrical performance of Munshi Premchand's "Mantra" on his 145th birth anniversary.
The event was organized by IIM Ranchi's Rajbhasha Cell and the Cultural Committee "Dramebaaz".
