KKR and PSP Invest in Lighthouse Learning

KKR, a big investment company, is putting more money into Lighthouse Learning, a company that runs many preschools and schools in India.

They are joined by a new investor called PSP Investments.

KKR already owns most of Lighthouse Learning and wants to help it grow even bigger.

Lighthouse Learning has over 1,850 preschools and 60 schools, teaching more than 190,000 kids.

They want to make their schools better and reach more children.

KKR first invested in Lighthouse Learning in 2019 and is now doubling down on their support.

The company's revenue grew by 34% in the last year, but its profit decreased significantly.
