This means Mapmygenome now owns Microbiome Insights' lab and its research.

This deal helps Mapmygenome expand globally, especially in North America, and gives them new expertise in studying microbes.

Microbiome Insights helps other companies and researchers study these microbes.

This acquisition will allow the companies to offer better health solutions and hopefully grow.

The founder of Mapmygenome, Anu Acharya, said this acquisition would help them accelerate their North American presence.
