Bengaluru Metro Expands Yellow Line
The Bengaluru Metro has added a sixth train to its Yellow Line, which runs between Electronic City and R V Road.
This means trains will now come every 13 minutes during busy times from Monday to Saturday, and every 15 minutes on Sundays.
The Yellow Line helps a lot of people who work in the IT sector in Electronic City.
The metro is also planning to expand further, with new lines and stations opening in 2026 and 2027.
By 2027, the total metro network in Bengaluru will be 175.55 km long.
The goal is to make it easier for people to get around the city and reduce traffic congestion.
