Tata Motors Unit Raises Iveco Offer to €14.40 Per Share
A Tata Motors subsidiary wants to buy all the common shares of Iveco Group.
It has raised the amount it is offering for each share from €14.10 to €14.40.
The company says this is its best and final offer, so it will not raise it again.
If every share is offered, the total payment could be about ₹34,778 crore.
The higher offer adds about ₹724 crore to the possible total.
To help pay that extra amount, the subsidiary arranged a credit facility with MUFG Bank.
The offer was announced on October 9, 2026.
TML CV Holdings B.V., an indirect wholly owned Tata Motors subsidiary, raised its offer for all Iveco Group common shares from €14.10 to €14.40 each.
The revised price is described as the best and final offer and includes a €0.30 increase per share.
If all 27,215,400 shares are tendered, the maximum payout will be €3,905,501,760, approximately ₹34,778.02 crore.
The increase adds up to €81,364,620, approximately ₹724.31 crore, to the maximum outlay.
