SP Leader Claims Pulwama Attack Was BJP Conspiracy
A leader from the Samajwadi Party, Sanatan Pandey, said that the Pulwama attack in 2019, where 40 soldiers died, was a plan by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) because they didn't keep their election promises.
The Indian government says the attack was done by a terrorist group from Pakistan.
The BJP says they hit back by attacking the terrorist group's camp.
Some people think the BJP did it to get more votes, but others say it was a real terrorist attack.
Samajwadi Party leader Sanatan Pandey claimed the Pulwama attack was a BJP conspiracy to divert attention from unfulfilled poll promises.
The attack on February 14, 2019, killed 40 CRPF personnel.
The Indian government attributes the attack to the Pakistan-based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM).
India conducted an airstrike on a JeM camp in Balakot, Pakistan, in response to the attack.
Pandey alleged that the BJP lacks development agendas and stirs up national sentiments for political gain.
