Gaurang Shah's New Hyderabad Store Celebrates Indian Textiles
Gaurang Shah, a famous designer, has opened a beautiful new store in Hyderabad.
It's like a big museum with three floors, each showing different kinds of Indian fabrics and art.
The store has very special and rare textiles from all over India.
There's a huge, amazing artwork that tells stories from old Indian books.
You can even touch the fabrics!
The store also sells clothes and home decor.
Gaurang wants people to see how beautiful and important these traditional crafts are and to help the artisans who make them.
Gaurang Shah opened a 22,000 square feet textile museum and boutique in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills area.
The three-story building showcases rare and precious Indian weaves and textiles in creative combinations.
Each floor is themed around different art forms, with rotating exhibits featuring techniques like Kalamkari, Patola, and Jamdani.
The store features a 57 feet by 12 feet Kalamkari panel depicting scenes from Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Bhagavatham, made by a single artisan over two years.
The museum is designed to be interactive, allowing visitors to touch and experience the textures of the fabrics.
