Uttar Pradesh Approves Muzaffarnagar Sugar Mill Modernization
The government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to make a sugar mill in Muzaffarnagar better and bigger.
Right now, the mill can process 2,500 tons of sugarcane per day, but they want to increase this to 3,500 and then 5,000 tons.
The old mill wasn't helping farmers much because it was old and not very efficient.
With new and better machines, the mill will make more sugar, work better, and help farmers earn more money.
This will also create jobs and make sure farmers get paid on time.
It's a big step to help farmers and make the mill more successful.
Uttar Pradesh Cabinet approves modernization and capacity expansion of Ganga Kisan Sahkari Chini Mill in Muzaffarnagar.
Current capacity of 2,500 TCD to be increased to 3,500 TCD and later to 5,000 TCD.
