Bombay High Court Upholds WeWork India IPO Approval
The Bombay High Court has decided to support the approval given by SEBI for WeWork India's IPO.
This means WeWork India can go ahead with its plans to raise money from the public.
Two people had challenged this approval, saying that WeWork India did not share all important information with investors.
The court did not agree with them and even asked one of the challengers to pay a small amount of money as a fine.
The court believes that SEBI, which is like a watchdog for the stock market, did its job properly in approving the IPO.
The full details of the court's decision are still waiting to be released.
WeWork's shares are currently trading at a discount of over 9%.
