NAPA Urges SGPC to Retrieve Sikh Scriptures from Iran
The North American Punjabi Association (NAPA) wants the SGPC to quickly bring back the Guru Granth Sahib from a Gurdwara in Iran because of the conflict.
The SGPC, which looks after Sikh temples, has already asked the Indian government to help keep the holy book and Gurdwaras safe in Iran and Israel.
NAPA thinks the SGPC should act without waiting for the government.
They are worried that if they wait too long, something bad could happen to the holy book.
They want to prioritize the safety and respect of the Guru Granth Sahib.
