Dipke Questions FIR, Calls for BJP IT Cell Action
Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of a small political party, said that a woman named Ruchika Singh was being punished for shouting at the Prime Minister during a protest.
He thinks the police should also punish people in the BJP who have used bad words against women.
Dipke said that the law should treat everyone the same, not just young people.
The police said they will look at the case carefully.
The protest happened in Noida, and the case is now being handled by Delhi police.
CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke criticized a Zero FIR against protester Ruchika Singh for alleged abusive remarks about PM Narendra Modi.
Dipke cited past incidents involving BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri and UP CM Yogi Adityanath, arguing similar language used by them has not led to criminal cases.
The FIR, filed under Sections 352, 353(1) and 356(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, was registered at Expressway Police Station in Noida and transferred to Delhi Police.
Dipke argued that abusive language is not a crime and questioned why the law is applied only to youth while ignoring senior BJP officials.
Delhi Police said it would review the FIR and conduct the investigation strictly according to law.
