Builder Hired Contract Killers in Land Dispute
Two builders in Kalyan, India, had a big fight over land worth lots of money.
One builder, Shankar Lal Soni, says the other builder, Naveen Hemandas Jaiswani, didn't give him the land or return the gold he gave for it.
Soni says Jaiswani planned to hurt him badly or even kill him.
Soni recorded a phone call where Jaiswani talked about this plan and gave the recording to the police.
Now, the police are looking for Jaiswani, and Soni is scared for his family's safety.
Shankar Lal Soni accused Naveen Hemandas Jaiswani of plotting to assault and eliminate him over a land dispute.
An audio recording of a WhatsApp call allegedly revealed Jaiswani's plan to break Soni's limbs and arrange a contract for the attack.
The dispute involves a 69-guntha land deal and financial disagreements, including gold given as part of the transaction.
Soni filed a complaint with the Titwala Police, who have registered an FIR and are investigating the authenticity of the evidence.
Jaiswani is currently absconding, and police are searching for him and probing the involvement of other individuals.
