Kenvue's 'Diarrhoea Se Darr Nahi' Campaign on World ORS Day
Imagine little kids getting sick with diarrhea.
Kenvue, the company that makes ORSL, is trying to help.
They have a project called 'Diarrhoea Se Darr Nahi' to teach people about ORS, which is like a special drink that helps kids get better.
They're using vans and rickshaws to spread the word in certain areas, like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
They are also working with the government to stop diarrhea from making kids sick.
On World ORS Day, they had a meeting to plan how to help even more kids.
Kenvue, makers of ORSL, launched the 'Diarrhoea Se Darr Nahi' initiative to raise awareness about Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS).
The initiative included on-ground activities like mobile vans, e-rickshaws, street plays, and ORS-Zinc Corners.
The campaign aims to reach 5 million children under five in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar within two years.
The campaign supports the National Health Mission's efforts under the Government's "Stop Diarrhoea" Campaign.
PSI India hosted a roundtable discussion on World ORS Day to further scale the initiative.
