ITC Considering Strategic Options, Including ITC Infotech, Says Puri

Sanjiv Puri, the boss of ITC, said the company is always checking to see how it can make its businesses better, including ITC Infotech.

He said they look at things like how well the businesses are doing and what the competition is doing before they make big decisions, such as splitting off part of the company.

Puri pointed out that ITC uses its different businesses together, like when it made its new food tech business.

He also mentioned that outside experts think ITC is good at managing money, especially in its food business.
