Cultural Extravaganza at Anukrama 2025

Anukrama 2025 was a special event dedicated to the famous composer Muthuswami Dikshitar.

Jalsa Chandra, the artistic director, presented a piece called Mayura Keertanam, which tells a story about Lord Shiva.

Lakshmi Kameshwari Vempati performed a difficult Kuchipudi dance on a brass plate, showing her skill and balance.

Arpita Venkatesh and her daughter Vandita Venkatesh danced an Odissi duet praising the goddess Saraswati.

Other performers explored ancient dance traditions and stories.
