Bharat Taxi Launches in Delhi
A new taxi service called Bharat Taxi is starting in Delhi on January 1.
It's different from Ola and Uber because it's run by drivers themselves, not a big company.
This means drivers get to keep more of the money they earn.
You can use the app to book cars, auto-rickshaws, or bikes.
The app is easy to use and has safety features like sharing your ride details with the police.
The service is also trying to stop things like surge pricing and drivers canceling rides.
After Delhi, it will start in Rajkot and then in more cities.
Bharat Taxi, a cooperative taxi service, launches in Delhi on January 1.
Operated by Sahakar Taxi Cooperative Limited, it offers cars, auto-rickshaws, and bikes.
The app features zero-commission, real-time tracking, and safety integrations with Delhi Police.
Drivers earn up to 80% of the fare, with 56,000 already registered.
The service aims to expand to over 20 cities after its Delhi and Rajkot launches.
