Chandigarh University Partners with Berger Paints for MBA Experiential Learning
Chandigarh University and Berger Paints, a big paint company, have teamed up.
They are creating a special program for MBA students who are about to graduate.
This program will help students learn by doing, not just from books.
It starts with classes for six months where they learn about business.
Then, they spend two months getting to know how Berger Paints works.
After that, they get to work at Berger Paints for four months, learning sales and marketing on the job.
They even get paid a little bit during this time.
If they do well in all parts of the program, they might even get a full-time job with Berger Paints.
This is a way for students to gain real-world experience and be ready for jobs after school.
Chandigarh University has signed an MoU with Berger Paints India Limited, the country's second-largest paint company.
The collaboration introduces an experiential learning program for final-year MBA students.
The 12-month program includes classroom learning, company orientation, and four months of on-the-job training.
Students will gain practical skills in sales and marketing and may receive a monthly stipend.
Successful completion of the program can lead to full-time employment opportunities with Berger Paints.
