Naidu Defends Mega DSC Recruitment, Dares YSRCP to Debate
Charges Over Mega DSC Recruitment: Naidu dares YSRCP to debate in Assembly · thehansindia.com

The Andhra Pradesh government is talking about how it hired new teachers for government schools.

The Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu, said the hiring process was fair and based only on merit.

He said there was no cheating, no favoritism, and no backdoor entries.

He also challenged the opposition party to come and debate the issue in the Assembly.

The Education Minister, Nara Lokesh, said the opposition party filed many court cases to try to stop the hiring.

He said the government still finished the process and followed all the rules.

The government also promised to hold this teacher hiring exam every single year.

But the opposition party, YSRCP, says there were problems with the process.

They are asking for a special investigation by the CBI.

The government says even people who did not get jobs agreed the process was fair.
