Wakefit, a company that sells mattresses, furniture, and other home items, has raised ₹580 crore from big investors before its initial public offering (IPO).

This IPO will open on December 8 and close on December 10, with shares priced between ₹185 and ₹195.

The company also received ₹186 crore from other investors in a secondary deal.

Wakefit plans to use the money to open new stores, buy new equipment, pay rent for existing stores, and spend on marketing.

Wakefit will start trading on the stock market on December 15.

The company has grown quickly and now has five factories where it makes its products using advanced technology.
