He used this to his advantage by hiding gold dust in a secret pocket he sewed into his pants.
The company noticed something suspicious and watched him on cameras.
On July 23, they caught him with gold dust hidden in his pocket.
The gold was worth about ₹10 lakh.
The police think he might have been stealing gold for the past few months.
He was arrested and will stay in police custody until Tuesday.
