At first, Microsoft, the company that makes Xbox, said everything was working fine.

But later, they said there was a problem and they were working to fix it.

They haven't said what caused the issues or when everything will be back to normal.

It's not clear how many people were affected.

Some people also had trouble with their physical game discs because they need to check online to play.

This has made some people worried about buying games online if they can't always play them.
