PPA Tour to Host Wooden Paddle Open for Pickleball's 60th

Get ready to go back in time!

The PPA Tour is throwing a special pickleball party called the Vintage Wooden Paddle Open to celebrate pickleball turning 60!

It's like a birthday bash for the sport.

Players will use wooden paddles, just like they did when the game first started.

The event happens in California.

Both pros and regular players can join, all swinging wooden paddles.

Everyone gets a cool, old-school paddle.

This tournament is a mix of fun and serious competition, with points and prizes on the line, proving skill matters even with vintage gear.

It's all about remembering how pickleball began while enjoying it today.
