Think Gas Expands CGD Network Across 10 States
Think Gas is a company that provides natural gas to homes and vehicles.
They are planning to add more than 30,000 new households to their network in 10 different states across India.
This is part of a bigger campaign called National Drive 2.0, which aims to make natural gas more accessible and affordable for everyone.
Think Gas has also invested a lot of money to improve their services in some areas and has reduced the prices of natural gas for homes and vehicles.
This is good news because it means more people can use clean and affordable energy.
Think Gas aims to add over 30,000 households to its CGD network across 10 states as part of PNGRB’s National Drive 2.0.
The campaign will run from January to March 2026, focusing on expanding PNG and CNG adoption.
Think Gas has invested over ₹510 crore in the Barmer–Jodhpur–Jaisalmer Geographical Area for a unique LCNG-based hybrid supply model.
Domestic PNG prices have been reduced by up to ₹5 per SCM, and CNG prices by up to ₹2.50 per kg in select areas.
The company has also reduced Domestic PNG prices in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan, despite these states not being connected to the National Gas Grid.
