Bombay HC cancels bail of Goa nightclub fire accused
A nightclub in Goa called Birch by Romeo Lane caught fire on December 6, 2025.
The fire was very serious, and 25 people died.
Fifty other people were hurt in the fire.
The people who owned and ran the club were charged in connection with the fire.
They were allowed to leave jail while waiting for the case, which is called bail.
