Mumbai Nursing College Offers German Training for Global Jobs
A nursing college in Mumbai is teaching German to its students.
This is to help them get jobs in Germany.

The initiative started in 2023 with MoUs signed with Centrepoint Personnel and Mittelpunkt Personal GMBH for language training and job placement.
German language training is offered in levels A1, A2, B1, and B2, with B2 being the required level for job opportunities in Germany.
The first batch of four students is expected to move to Germany by December 2026.
The college offers two courses: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and BSc in Nursing, with German language training integrated into the curriculum.
