Himachal High Court Suspends Toll Collection on Highway 5
Imagine you're driving on a road and have to pay a fee to use it.
The Himachal Pradesh High Court decided that the road conditions near Sanwara Toll Plaza are not good enough, and the facilities are lacking.
They told the people who collect the fees to stop doing so for a month.
This is because the court thinks the road isn't in good enough shape to charge people for using it.
A person named Utansh Monga from Una district asked the court to do this.
The Himachal Pradesh High Court issued an order.
The order suspends toll collection at the Sanwara Toll Plaza.
The suspension applies to the Shimla-Kalka National Highway-5.
The suspension period is from September 20 to October 30.
