Indus Towers Partners IIT Madras for GFRP Research
Indus Towers is teaming up with IIT Madras to study new materials called GFRP.
GFRP is strong, doesn't rust, and is easy to take care of, making it great for building things.
They will look at how to use it for things like towers, scaffolding, and walls.
This will help them build things that last longer and are better for the environment.
This is part of a program to help the community.
Indus Towers and IIT Madras are collaborating on GFRP research.
The research will explore structural, economic, and environmental advantages of GFRP.
GFRP is strong, corrosion-resistant, and requires low maintenance.
The partnership is part of Indus Towers’ CSR program, Pragati.
Research includes applications in telecommunication towers, scaffolding, and roofing.
