Telangana to witness heavy rains in next three days
The weather department in Hyderabad has told people that it will rain a lot in Telangana for the next three days.
The heavy rain is expected on the 7th, 8th and 9th of the month.
Many places will have thunder and lightning.
Some places could see very heavy rain while others get lighter showers.
The wind will blow fast, at about 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.
It has already been raining in many parts of Telangana for the past few days.
The rain is happening because of a special weather pattern called the monsoon.
A big weather system over the Bay of Bengal and Odisha caused the earlier rain.
That system has now become weaker, but another one is bringing more rain.
People should be ready for wet and windy weather.
Hyderabad Meteorological Department issued an alert for rainfall across all districts of Telangana for the next three days.
Heavy rains are expected in isolated places on the 7th, 8th and 9th of the month, along with thunderstorms and lightning.
Gusty surface winds reaching 30-40 km/h are expected in some areas.
Recent rains in Telangana were caused by a cyclonic circulation over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and Odisha.
An earlier cyclonic circulation over the Southeast Bay of Bengal has weakened, and the monsoon trough extends from Ganganagar to Digha.
