Sagility India Promoter to Sell Up to 15% Stake via OFS
Imagine a company that helps hospitals and doctors with technology.
The main investor in this company, called Sagility India, is selling some of its shares to the public.
This is happening because the company has been doing very well, and its stock price has gone up a lot since it started selling shares to the public.
The initial offering will include a portion of the shares and if there is high demand, an additional portion can also be offered.
The price of these shares is set at a minimum of ₹38.
The company is doing this to ensure more of its shares are owned by the public.
Since launching, the stock has seen a significant increase in value.

The OFS opens May 27 for non-retail investors and May 28 for retail investors.
Floor price is set at ₹38 per share.
