Students Pledge to Clean Municipal Park
In Nalgonda, students from Ravindra Nagar Colony made a New Year promise to clean the Maharana Municipal Park.
They started by cleaning the park on a Thursday, using brooms and cutting bushes.
A young student named Marva Vedanth said the park was dirty and full of bushes, making it hard for kids to play.
The Maharana Pratap Youth Association helped the students and will give them sports equipment to play outside.
The park has an open gym, but it's not being used because it's not clean.
The students want to make the park a better place for everyone.
Students in Nalgonda pledged to clean the Maharana Municipal Park as a New Year resolution.
More than 15 students participated in a cleanliness drive, clearing bushes and debris.
The park's unhygienic conditions and overgrown vegetation made it difficult for children to play.
The Maharana Pratap Youth Association motivated and supported the students in their initiative.
The association plans to provide sports kits to encourage outdoor activities in the park.
