Kaavalan Remake Revived Vijay’s Career After Five Setbacks

Vijay was once having a difficult period because several of his films were not big successes.

He then heard about a Malayalam movie called Bodyguard.

Vijay liked its story and wanted to remake it in Tamil.

Some people warned him that the Malayalam movie had failed, but the director said it had actually been a big hit.

Vijay made the Tamil version, Kaavalan, with Asin and director Siddique.

The film became a major success and helped Vijay become popular again.

Siddique also made a Hindi version with Salman Khan.

That Hindi movie was also very successful.
