Snow and Rain Disrupt Himachal Pradesh
In Himachal Pradesh, a lot of roads, including three big ones, are blocked because of snow and rain.
This is making it hard for people to get electricity and clean water.
The government is trying to fix the roads, and they've already fixed some of them.
But there are still many roads that are closed, and many places don't have electricity or water.
The weather is making things difficult for everyone.
Also, a place called Kufri got a lot of snow, which made people happy because they can enjoy winter activities.
But the cold weather is also affecting animals, with some getting hurt by lightning.
482 roads, including three national highways, remain blocked in Himachal Pradesh due to snow and rain.
The blocked roads have disrupted power supply and drinking water in several districts.
Kufri received the season’s third major snowfall, improving winter festivities and tourism.
Shillaroo and Kothi recorded the highest snowfall of about 5 cm each, while Manali experienced the highest rainfall of around 10 mm.
The wet spell led to an overall improvement in temperatures, with Tabo being the coldest place at -3.6°C.
