Amaravati Invites Tenders for Seven Integrated Energy Stations

Amaravati Invites Tenders for Seven Integrated Energy Stations

The Andhra Pradesh government wants to build seven special energy stations in Amaravati.

These stations will charge electric vehicles and also provide petrol, diesel and CNG.

They may include shops, food services and wellness facilities.

The stations will be built in four parts of Amaravati.

About 18.25 acres of land has been set aside for them.

They must be open all day and night for government vehicles.

The project will also prepare for hydrogen-powered vehicles.

Companies will build and operate the stations for 33 years.

The government hopes this will help Amaravati become a cleaner-fuel city.
