CPI launches Tirupati padayatra seeking systemic governance reforms

CPI launches Tirupati padayatra seeking systemic governance reforms

The Communist Party of India is a group of people who share ideas about how the country should be run.

On Saturday, they went on a long walk together in a city called Tirupati.

A long walk like this is called a padayatra.

They walked to ask the government for important things.

They want free school, good healthcare, homes for people, and clean drinking water.

They also want everyone to be free to share their thoughts.

Some leaders of the group said they are worried about bad things happening in the city, like people taking land that does not belong to them.

They said the current government is not taking care of people's needs.

The group warned that if things do not improve, they will talk to families across the city and tell them what is going wrong.
