Swami Gautamananda tells Malda students truth is foundation of success
A very important monk from India named Swami Gautamananda visited a school in a town called Malda.
He is the leader of a big group called the Ramakrishna Math and Mission.
He came to open a new building at the Vivekananda Vidyamandir school.
The new building is named after Swami Parashivananda, who started the school in 1944.
While he was there, he talked to the students.

It was the first visit to the school by a Ramakrishna Mission president in nearly 48 years, according to headmaster Swami Tapaharananda.
The monk advised students to care for the underprivileged, uphold truth under all circumstances, love everyone unconditionally and work as if doing God's work.
On Thursday, he inaugurated a new branch of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama at Mohanpara in Amriti in Malda.
