TVS SCS Acquires Swamy & Sons 3PL

TVS SCS, a big company that helps other businesses with their supply chains, bought another company called Swamy & Sons 3PL.

This purchase cost ₹88 crore and gives TVS SCS more space to store things, like 4 million square feet of warehouses.

They also get 116 warehouses and 600 vehicles.

Swamy & Sons 3PL is good at handling things like food, cosmetics, and other daily use items.

They also do special services like packing and labeling.

The person who started Swamy & Sons will still be in charge.

TVS SCS already has a lot of warehouses in India, and this new purchase will help them serve more customers and become one of the top companies in this field.
