Kala Hiran Makers Tell Delhi HC Film Isn’t Release-Ready
Salman Khan has gone to court over a movie called Kala Hiran.
He says the film appears to use his identity and recognizable features without permission.
He says the poster and character, including a bracelet and a gun, could create a false and harmful impression.
The filmmakers say the movie is not a biography of Salman Khan.
They also told the court that the film is not ready to be released because it has not received censor certification.
The court asked the producer to suggest a release date and said the movie cannot be released until then.
The court had earlier ordered the teaser and related posts to be removed.
