MoE Extends NMMSS 2026 Scholarship Application Deadline to October 31
The Ministry of Education has given students more time to apply for the NMMSS scholarship.
The new application deadline is October 31.
Students apply through the National Scholarship Portal.
They generally need at least 55% marks in Class 7.
SC and ST students get a five-percentage-point relaxation.
Their family income must not be more than ₹3.50 lakh per year.
Selected students receive ₹12,000 each year starting in Class 9.
