Torrent Power–MSEDCL Joint Service Camp Helps 700 Consumers

Torrent Power and MSEDCL organized a special customer service camp in Thane.

Over 700 consumers attended the camp held on November 25 and 26.

They registered complaints and received solutions, especially related to old pending bills and outstanding amounts.

MSEDCL officials provided a part-payment facility to help consumers, while Torrent Power officials gave guidance on various issues like billing, meter reading, and electricity safety.

Senior officials from both companies were present, and consumers found the camp very useful.

They also suggested that such camps should be organized regularly.
