Malaysia Denies Entry to Indians Despite Visa-Free Policy
Some people from India were not allowed into Malaysia, even though they don't need a visa.
This happened at the airport, where immigration officers checked them.
They decided the people couldn't enter because of things like their travel plans and why they were visiting seemed strange.
This also happened to people from other countries, like Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Malaysia is doing this to make sure everyone follows the rules, especially to stop illegal activities like human trafficking.
Malaysia denied entry to 10 Indian nationals at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
The denial occurred despite Malaysia's visa-free entry for Indian passport holders.
The Indian travelers were among 99 foreign arrivals refused entry during a security operation.
Those denied entry did not satisfy immigration checks, including suspicious reasons for visiting and questionable travel records.
The AKPS stated that such operations will be conducted regularly to combat human trafficking and misuse of social visit passes.
