ABC Reporter Barred After Trump's London Press Event
An ABC reporter, John Lyons, had his press credentials revoked by Donald Trump's team for an event in London.
This happened after Lyons asked Trump questions about his wealth and business dealings.
Trump criticized Lyons' questioning and tone, even threatening to discuss it with the Australian PM.
The ABC's London bureau still had access to a meeting between Trump and the British Prime Minister, but not the press briefing.
The administration also called Lyons a "foreign fake news loser."
ABC reporter John Lyons was barred from a Trump press conference in London.
The ABC's accreditation was revoked due to "logistical reasons".
The exclusion followed Lyons’ questions about Trump’s wealth.
Trump told Lyons: “In my opinion, you are hurting Australia very much right now.”
