Neelima Sharma Prepares for Venice Debut in Lovers Film

Neelima Sharma is an actress who used to feel very scared before performing on stage.

She continued acting because she wanted to tell stories.

Theatre helped her become less afraid and more comfortable expressing herself.

She is now acting in a film called Lovers in the Blue Night.

The film will premiere at the Venice Film Festival.

To prepare, Sharma learned Sylheti Bangla and studied how people live in the character’s world.

She also lost a lot of weight for the role.

Sharma has not seen the finished film yet and will watch it with the audience in Venice.

The film is directed by Anuparna Roy, whom Sharma describes as being like a sister.
