TeamLease Eyes Sharp Hiring Rebound, Planning 40,000+ Additions
TeamLease, a staffing company, is expecting to hire a lot more people next year.
They plan to add around 40,000 to 45,000 employees, a big jump from the 27,000 they hired this year.
This year's lower hiring was due to fewer jobs in banks and financial companies.
However, other sectors like FMCG, e-commerce, and retail are doing well.
TeamLease's specialized staffing in Global Captive Centers is also growing, while IT jobs in India are still slow.
The company is optimistic about its growth and expects to improve its profits.
TeamLease Services plans to add at least 10,000 employees per quarter in FY26.
This hiring projection follows a drop to 27,000 additions in FY25, impacted by slower hiring in BFSI.
Revenue for Q4FY25 was ₹2,857 crore with a profit after tax of ₹34.96 crore.
GCCs now contribute 60% to specialized staffing revenue, up from 40% a year prior.
Domestic demand in IT services remains weak and is declining quarter after quarter.
